Our Wedding Services

 

Pamela Hart puts her beautiful voice, heart and soul into making your wedding and/or reception a lifetime memory. A top notch professional, Pamela performs a cappella, solo, duo with piano, jazz trio, quartet, quintet, jazz orchestra, or R&B band for any occasion featuring some of Austinís finest musicians. She performs with a repertoire ranging from jazz standards, Gospel, and classical to R&B and smooth jazz.

We will work with you to create a high-quality, affordable musical program for your engagement party, wedding ceremony, reception or anniversary party! Pamela Hart's wedding packages also include live music consultation and rehearsals.  Pamela's song repertoire is loaded with songs that will fit your needs.  If there is a special song that is not listed, just let us know and we'll work with you on including the song(s).  

 

STANDARD PACKAGE

Our Standard Wedding Package includes: music for the ceremony, processional, recessional, and postlude arranged as solo, duet, trio, quartet, big band, etc. This package also includes one (1) rehearsal.
 


PREMIERE PACKAGE
Our Premiere Wedding Package includes music selection consultation, music for the ceremony, processional, recessional, postlude, and reception entertainment  arranged as solo, duet, trio, quartet, big band, etc.
 


A LA CARTE SERVICES

You may select from our A La Carte list to create your wedding package, or add to our Standard or Premiere Wedding Packages.

 1. Rehearsal Attendance

     Includes one (1) rehearsal attendance for one (1) hour.  Does not include equipment charges and

      extended travel time.  Additional rehearsal time is charge on an hourly basis.

 

 2. Ceremony Music

     Select from a variety of vocal selections and presentations (solo, duet, quartet, big band, etc) for your

      ceremony, processional, recessional, and postlude music requirements.

 

 3. Reception Music (up to 4 hours)

      Additional time requested is billed according to hour rates.

 

 4. Cocktail Hour Music (up to 2 hours)

      Additional time requested is billed according to hour rates.

 5. Music Selection Consultation

 6. Sound Engineer

     Includes Sound Equipment if required.

 

 7. Disc Jockey Management

       Includes engagement of DJ services or referrals.

 

 8. Reception Emcee (MC)

       Announcements for any special portion of the reception including bride and groom entrance, first 

       dance, bouquet and garter toss, toasts, cake cutting, and other special announcements.

 

 

 

 

ADMINISTRATION

We will sign a performance contract that includes all of the terms and conditions of the selected services.  We require a 50% deposit at the time the contract is presented and signed. This ensures commitment and reservation of your special date(s).

Additional fees may apply for dates on holidays; major sound equipment requirements; extended travel outside of Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park/Leander, Buda, Bastrop, Manor, and other nearby surrounding areas, such as San Antonio, Houston, Waco, Dallas, Taylor, etc.

Depending on time of day, some extended travel areas may require an overnight hotel stay & one meal.
