Women in Jazz gives tribute performances to the legends of jazz music.

Performers include Fredrick Sanders (piano), Mike Malone (sax), Andre Hayward (trombone) and vocalists Tatiana Mayfield, Courtney Santana, and Pamela Hart.

Rhythm by Vince Wiley, Michael Stevens, Terrance McDaniel. **Pete Rodriguez will no longer be able to participate.


All of these musicians are great soloists in their own right—and now together to recreate the class sounds of swing, bebop and cool. NYC's jazz club booking history reads like a who’s who of jazz: Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, Ella Fitzgerald, Thelonious Monk, Miles Davis, Sarah Vaughan, John Coltrane, Bud Powell, Stan Getz, Lester Young, Erroll Garner, and many, many others. Get ready to be reminded of the real deal!

Women in Jazz presents A Jazzy Ladies’ Night, featuring Saxophonist Jeanette Harris, Flautist Althea Rene and Vocalist Pamela Hart.


Jeanette Harris is the scintillating saxtress of smooth jazz. This lady understands that energetic and captivating performances matched with uplifting and inspiring vibrations in the music are the solid platinum recipe for success.


Althea Rene', an impassioned flautist from Detroit, Michigan, has been known to mesmerize her audiences with her vivacious captivating performances.

Pamela Hart is Austin’s first lady of jazz and has been rendering sultry traditional and contemporary jazz vocals to everyone’s delight.
